One person sets the club up once. Everybody else downloads the app and types a code. From then on the board keeps itself right.
What you manage
Fields and stands, pinned on satellite imagery. Club settings: how far ahead members can book, the per-member cap, the grace period, and the hour claims open. Members, invites, and guests. Dues on the Club plan and up.
Every stand records who held it and how it came free. The club activity history keeps the season's record.
What manages itself
Hunt windows follow sunrise and sunset on your coordinates. No-shows free their stand after the grace period. Auto check-out frees the stand when a member drives out the gate. Night mode switches itself on at civil dusk.
What it costs
Free for up to 4 members and 6 stands. Club is $129 a year for up to 10 members. Lease is $349 a year for up to 50. Outfitter is $999 a year with no limits. Billed to the club once a year, never per member.
Questions
Who can change club settings?
The owner. Members book, check in, and check out. The owner sets the rules, adds stands, and manages members.
Does it replace the group text?
For the board, yes. Bookings, check-ins, and check-outs happen in the app, so nobody has to ask who is where.
How do members join?
With the club's code or its QR code, both under My Club. They sign in with Apple, Google, or an email.
Can a lease with several tracts use one account?
Yes. The Lease plan allows 3 clubs on one account and Outfitter has no limit.
