Hunting Lease Management App
Hunt Time keeps a lease's stand board right. Members book a stand before they hunt it, check in when they arrive, and the stand frees itself when they leave.
What it does
You put a pin on the property and drop each stand on satellite imagery, grouped under its field. Members book a morning or an evening, and the board shows every stand as Open, Booked, or Taken.
The database lets one member hold a stand at a time. A booked stand that nobody checks into goes back on the board after the grace period you set. With auto check-out on, a member's phone checks them out when it crosses the property boundary.
Every stand keeps a record of who held it and how it came free. Guests ride on the member who brought them, which is the record insurance asks for. Dues tracking is on the Club plan and up.
Who it is for
A lease with a handful of members, or a lease with several tracts. The Lease plan covers up to 50 members, 75 stands, and 3 clubs on one account, with a switcher in the app.
What it costs
Camp is free for up to 4 members and 6 stands. Club is $129 a year for up to 10 members. Lease is $349 a year. Plans are billed to the club once a year, not per member, and members pay nothing.
Questions
Does every member need the app?
Yes. Each member downloads Hunt Time on their iPhone, signs in with Apple, Google, or an email, and types the club's code. There is no per-member setup for the owner.
Can I manage more than one lease?
Yes. The Lease plan allows 3 clubs on one account and the Outfitter plan has no limit. A switcher in the app moves between them.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. Hunt Time runs on iPhone, iOS 17 or later.
Does it track where members are?
No. With auto check-out on, a member's phone watches one boundary around the property and reports only that they left. It never reports where they are.
