About Hunt Time

Hunt Time is built by Strata Software Group in Oxford, Mississippi. It is a stand board for hunting clubs, deer camps, and leases.

Two members walking to the same stand at first light is a safety problem before it is a scheduling one. Most clubs handle it with a group text and a whiteboard at camp, and both are wrong by the time the second truck pulls in. Hunt Time exists so a club always knows which stands are spoken for, and so the board stays right without anybody remembering to check out.

The rule that two people cannot hold one stand is enforced by the database, not by the app on the phone. Every release is tested by firing a dozen simultaneous claims at one stand and checking that exactly one gets through.

The app is for the iPhone. It is free for small camps, and larger clubs pay a yearly plan for the club, not per member. Nothing is sold to advertisers and there is no tracking beyond an anonymous count of which features get used.
