Hunting App for Small Clubs
Most hunting clubs run on a group text and a whiteboard at camp. Hunt Time replaces both with a board every member carries in their pocket.
What it does
The board lists every stand under its field and shows whether it is Open, Booked, or Taken. Members claim a stand for a morning or an evening, check in when they get there, and check out when they leave. If they forget, the stand frees itself.
You decide how far ahead members can book, how many stands one member can hold, and the hour claims open. Nobody gets a head start on the weekend.
Two members tapping the same stand in the same second is settled by the database. Exactly one gets it and the other is told who did.
Who it is for
Clubs of the size most hunting clubs actually are. The Club plan covers up to 10 members and 10 stands, and adds guests on reservations, dues tracking, and a club activity history.
What it costs
Camp is free for up to 4 members and 6 stands. Club is $129 a year, billed to the club. Per member that is $12.90 a year. Members pay nothing and only the club has a plan.
Questions
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes for the one person setting it up. Name the club, put the crosshair on the property, add fields and stands. Members join by typing a code or scanning a QR code.
Do members have to pay?
No. Only the club has a plan. Members sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and join with the club's code.
What happens when we go over 10 members?
The app warns you before you hit the limit, and nothing already booked is disturbed. Upgrade to Lease inside the app when the club outgrows Club.
Can a club owner clear a stand?
Yes. The board shows who holds every stand and when they claimed it, and an owner can clear a stand from the app.
