A reservation is one tap on the board. A morning or an evening, up to a week out, with a per-member cap the owner sets.
How a reservation works
A member opens the board, picks a morning or an evening, and claims an open stand. Morning and evening windows come from sunrise and sunset on the club's own coordinates, so they move with the season.
The stand shows as Booked until the member checks in, then Taken. A booked stand that nobody checks into frees itself after the grace period, so a no-show never blocks a member who showed up.
Guests ride on the member's reservation. The club keeps a record of every stand and how it came free.
Checking out
Nobody remembers to check out. With auto check-out on, the member's phone notices when it leaves the property and frees the stand. If a member keeps location off, the stand frees when the hunt window closes plus the grace buffer.
What it costs
Free for small camps: up to 4 members and 6 stands. Larger clubs pick a plan inside the app, billed to the club once a year.
Questions
How far ahead can a member book?
The owner sets the horizon, the number of stands one member can hold at once, and the hour claims open.
What if two members want the same stand?
The database lets exactly one claim through and tells the other who got it.
Can I see who actually showed up?
Yes. Every stand records how it came free: checked out, drove off, or never showed.
Does it work in the dark?
A red-shifted night mode switches itself on at civil dusk, so the screen is readable at 4:45 AM without lighting up the truck.
